Blueberry Basil Goat Cheese Pie
Yes. Blueberry + Basil + Goat Cheese + Pie. Apparently Guy Fieri found this at 3 Sisters Cafe outside of Indianapolis, and I'm dying to try it. Some other foodie out there couldn't find the recipe and brilliantly made up their own version. Let's just say it's on the roster!

Pearl My Onions
I'm actually quite excited to try this recipe listed after a lovely interview with Ms. Obama featuring the "Let's Move" campaign.
White House Pearl Onions
Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons unsalted butter
18 fresh or frozen pearl onions
2 Tablespoons sugar
2 cloves garlic
Leaves from 4 sprigs thyme
1 cup water
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions:
1. Sauté the onions in butter, sugar, garlic, and thyme.
2. As the onions become brown, deglaze with about 1/4 cup of water at a time. Repeat until onions are golden and tender.
